AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS TO ORDERS Modifications and cancellations to orders are acceptable within a 24-hour window from the initial placement of the order. If you wish to alter or cancel your order, kindly email us promptly at support@zalarahome.co. Do note that past the 24-hour mark, the order would have already departed from our warehouse, rendering any changes or cancellations unfeasible.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS If a product fails to meet your expectations, in most instances, we can facilitate a no-cost replacement or exchange without necessitating a return. To qualify for a cost-free replacement or exchange:
The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. It must pertain to the initial replacement or exchange of the item. It's important to note that complimentary replacements or exchanges are subject to a one-time use per order. The option exists to exchange the item for the same product or an alternative item of equivalent or lesser value.
For assistance with a replacement or exchange, simply send an email to support@zalarahome.co, providing your order number and the rationale behind the request. The first exchange is always exempt from charges.
PERFECT FIT ASSURANCE: Should an item not fit as desired, we commit to providing a cost-free replacement in the correct size within 30 days of receipt. By emailing us with your order details and the preferred replacement size, we will expedite the dispatch of a replacement on the following day. The original items need not be returned. This benefit can be utilized once per item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS Items may be returned for a complete refund within 30 days of their receipt. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method employed during the purchase. Regrettably, refunds cannot be processed through bank transfers, Venmo, or checks due to security and fraud prevention considerations. We sincerely appreciate your comprehension in this matter.
QUALIFICATION FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS: To warrant eligibility for a return or refund, an item must meet the following criteria:

SHIPPING COST RESPONSIBILITY: For products afflicted by manufacturing defects, erroneous items, or damage during transit, Zalara® bears the responsibility of return shipping costs. We'll then proceed to organize a replacement or furnish a return shipping label, all free of charge. It's imperative to initiate contact within 30 days of delivery.
For returns resulting from size misselection or personal preference, the onus of return shipping costs lies with the buyer.
